3S Stories
Monday to Friday, I post a short-short-short story to 3S stories. Twister, twiction, microfiction – whatever you call it, it’s fun and challenging. Here’s a selection from past tweets:
The sky opened and silver light surrounded them. “Looks like it’s our time, Steve.” Steve stepped out of the light. “Not ours, just yours.”

“How?” “Well, last week I was bored, so I created my own gravity field,” Vic said. He lowered the Honda and went back in the house.

The snow crunched under foot, driving Uli mad. AsĀ the horizon darkened, he saw the footprints. Left boot only, as far as the eye could see.

She was so appalled she burned the sheets. She wished he was still under them.

He was always making bad jokes and saying odd things. When he said he was busy pickling human organs, we laughed. Then we saw the news.

The dog had been digging in the yard. It came over to his lawn chair and dropped a bone, tail wagging. A femur. Damn! Time to move again.
