He was the odd man out; the third wheel, and Jealous of his brothers’ success. He was driven to paranoid psychosis, concocted a fantasy wherein they were copies of himself, then sought to do away with the copies to ‘reclaim’ the fame he never really had. Yeah…a little convoluted and dark. Welcome to my world.

Wow, now that was a trip, Trev. Wicked twist. To be honest, I’d love to see this expanded into a longer piece. You have all the elements of a good crime novel. Who knew such crime lived in the happy little neighborhood of MacArthur Hills?

I’m intrigued but a little confused. Did he murder his brothers and just imagine that they were robot copies? Weird.

What an interesting concept.

It needs a good edit, and the conversations parsed out a bit better, but overall this was a good story.

The idea behind this story is excellent (as is your writing). I do think, however, that it would deserve a longer treatment. Probably not a novel, but certainly a fair few thousand words. Great work.
